Judge Jeffrey S. Barkdull - Professional Background & Legal Expertise

Biography

Hon. Jeffrey S. Barkdull is a judge for the Lincoln County Superior Court in Washington. He was elected to the bench in 2020 to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of the Hon. John F. Strohmaier (Ret.).

Prior to his election, Barkdull worked as the elected Prosecuting Attorney for the Lincoln County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. During his tenure there, he was also assigned the victim/witness coordinator for the Prosecutor’s Office.

Barkdull received a B.A. from Gonzaga University in 1978. He then completed a J.D. at Gonzaga University School of Law in 1986.

He was a past president of the Lions Club.
