Tentative Ruling: County of Riverside’s Motion for Summary Judgment is granted.
JUDICIAL NOTICE
The County requests judicial notice of the google street view photographs and two state traffic
reports of collisions on Grapefruit Boulevard. This evidence pertains to design immunity, which is
moot based on the granting of the motion under the County’s immunity under Gov. Code § 830.4.
SUMMARY JUDGMENT
A motion for summary judgment shall be granted when no triable issue of material fact exists or
the issue is one of law and the action can be terminated in favor of the moving party without the
necessity of trial. (CCP § 437c; Aguilar v. Atlantic Richfield Co. (2001) 25 Cal.4th 826, 850.) A
