The Court declines to consider pages 17-24 of plaintiff/cross-defendant Krista Mitchell’s
(“plaintiff”) points and authorities, as these pages exceed the page limitations. (Cal. Rules of
Court, rule 3.1113(d) [stating that “no opening or responding memorandum may exceed 15
pages”].)
Plaintiff’s request for judicial notice is GRANTED IN PART. (Evid. Code, §§ 452, 453.)
While the Court takes judicial notice of Exhibits 1-9 and 12-20, the Court declines to take
judicial notice of the remaining exhibits because these documents are irrelevant to the Court’s
