Defendant Karl Martin Hallin’s (“Defendant”) motion to quash plaintiff Timothy Michael
Ryan’s (“Plaintiff”) subpoena for medical records from Kaiser Permanente (“Kaiser”) is
ruled upon as follows.
Defendant has indicated the incorrect address in its notice of motion. The correct
address for Department 54 of the Sacramento County Superior Court is 813 6th Street,
Sacramento, California 95814. Defendant shall notify Plaintiff immediately.
This action arises from a two-car collision that occurred on March 13, 2023, on I-80
westbound in Vacaville, California, in which Defendant’s vehicle struck Plaintiff’s vehicle
