TENTATIVE RULING: Petitioner/conservator did not file Determination of
Conservatee’s Appropriate Level of Care (GC-355) or a Capacity Declaration (GC-335) as
requested in the July 27, 2021 Minute Order. The conservatee’s attorney, Brian Francis, is
instructed to assist with getting these materials on file if his assistance is needed. The matter is
continued to September 30, 2021, at 8:30 a.m. in Dept. B to allow the conservator another
