ESTATE
APPEARANCE REQUIRED. The Court notes that Petitioner’s counsel failed to
provide an explanation for the proposed bond amount, as ordered by the Court through the July
8, 2021 Minute Order. Based on foregoing, and on the information set forth in section 3,
subdivision (e) of the Petition, if the Court grants the Petition, it intends to set Bond in the
amount of $357,940.00. (See Prob. Code, § 2320, Rules of Court, rule 7.207.)
