TPG’s motion for a nunc pro tunc order correcting the Statement of Decision is GRANTED IN PART. Specifically, the last sentence on page 2 of the Statement of Decision is hereby modified to now read as follows: “Upon further consideration and in order to avoid any confusion as to what remains at issue, the Court now finds that Olen has prevailed only on the declarations sought in ¶¶ 86, 93 and portions of ¶¶ 84 and 98.”
