TENTATIVE RULING: Defendant General Motors, LLC’s motion to compel the
depositions of plaintiffs David Cuffman and Susan Cuffman is GRANTED. Plaintiffs state they
do not oppose GM’s right to depose them, but the motion is premature given their willingness to
provide dates of availability. The parties have had ample time to meet and confer about mutually
agreeable dates since this motion was filed in May 2021. Any purported failure to properly meet
and confer before the filing this motion does not warrant denial of the motion under these
circumstances. Plaintiffs shall appear for their deposition within 10 calendar days of service of
