TENTATIVE RULING: The Petition is GRANTED, subject to the following. The
Court sets the matter for a Final Approval Hearing on January 11, 2022, 8:30 a.m. in Dept. B.
The hearing on the OSC: Re Dismissal currently set for August 24, 2021, is CONTINUED to
February 10, 2022, 8:30 a.m in Dept. B.
The Court orders Petitioners to provide written notice of Final Judgment to class
members by U.S. Mail or maintain a website with information on the Final Judgment for a
period of six months after entry of Final Judgment, and, through the Class Notice, provide Class
Members with the address of the website. (See Rules of Court, rule 3.771, subd. (b).)
