The Hon. Stenise L. Rolle is an associate judge for the Prince George’s County Circuit Court in the 7th Judicial Circuit of Maryland. She was appointed to the seat by former Governor Larry Hogan in 2023.
Rolle began her judicial career as a foreclosure magistrate for the court in 2019.
Over the course of her legal career, she also served as an attorney in the Administrative Office of the Maryland Courts and worked as a private practice attorney in both Florida and Washington, D.C. (2002 to 2018). In addition, Rolle spent time as the Director of the Graduate Student Legal Aid Office at the University of Maryland (2013 to 2018).
She received a B.A. in economics from Florida A&M University in 1999. Rolle went on to complete a J.D. at the University of Miami School of Law (2002) and a master of applied social science degree in public administration from Florida A&M University (2009).
She has held memberships with the J. Franklyn Bourne Bar Association and the Prince George’s Bar Association.
