The Hon. Patrick Ridgeway Duley (Ret.) served as an associate judge for the Prince George’s County District Court in Maryland. Duley was appointed to the bench by former Governor Bob Ehrlich on October 3, 2006. He retired on December 25, 2013.
Duley earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland in 1967. He then completed a J.D. at the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1970. He is admitted to practice in Maryland (1971) and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland (1971).
His memberships have included the Maryland State Bar Association and the Prince George’s County Bar Association. He also sat on the Inquiry Panel of the Attorney Grievance Commission.
