THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the parties’ Joint Motion to Enter Into
Agreed Case Management Plan, Continue Trial, and Remove Cause from June 4, 2019 Trial
Docket and the Court having heard arguments of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in

the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:

1. The Joint Motion to Continue Trial is GRANTED and this cause shall be removed
from the trial docket commencing on June 4, 2019;

2. The Amended Agreed Case Management Plan will be approved under separate

Order.
