ORDER ON DEFENDANTS’ MOTION FOR TAXATION OF COSTS

THIS MATTER came before the Court on Defendant, PUNTA GORDA HMA, LLC’s
Motion for Taxation of Costs. Upon hearing argument of counsel and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is

ORDERED:

1. The Court awards $19,226.36 in taxable costs.

2. The Court will enter a Final Judgment in the amount of $19,226.36 with interest
accruing from February 3, 2020, at the statutory rate.

3. Itis further ordered that Plaintiffs, DANIEL SHELATZ and ALYN SHELATZ, shall
complete Form 1.977, including all required attachments, within 60 days from the date
of entry of the Final Judgment.
