Defendants. / AGREED CASE MANAGEMENT ORDER THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon the agreement of the parties for the entry of a Case Management Order, and the Court having been fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. This case is to be set for trial on the Court's April 19, 2021 trial docket. The parties have estimated that this case will take six weeks to try. The Court will issue a separate Uniform Order setting trial and pre-trial.2. Based on the parties’ agreement, the court set the following deadlines: a. By October 1, 2020, each party will disclose the fact witnesses it reasonably believes will be called to testify at trial. b. The depositions of the fact witnesses disclosed pursuant to paragraph (a) above shall be completed by February 12, 2021. c. By November 1, 2020, Plaintiff shall disclose their trial experts. For each expert so disclosed, Plaintiff shall provide at the time of disclosure, three (3) dates that the expert is available for deposition. d. By December 1, 2020, Defendants shall disclose their trial experts. For each expert so disclosed, Defendant shall provide at the time of disclosure, three (3) dates that the expert is available for deposition. e. The parties shall complete the depositions of the disclosed experts by February 12, 2021. DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Kissimmee, Osceola County, Florida, this day of August, 2020.
