JOINT STIPULATION OF SUBSTITUTION OF COUNSEL
Pursuant to Florida Rule of Judicial Administration 2.505, the undersigned counsel
stipulate that Gavrila A. Brotz and Bush Graziano Rice & Platter, P.A. shall be substituted as co-
counsel of record for Defendant FAWCETT MEMORIAL HOSPITAL and that Walter J. Taché
and the firm of Taché, Bronis and Descalzo, P.A. are withdrawn as counsel of record and shall be
relieved of all future responsibility in this case.
Ms. Brotz separated from the law firm of Taché, Bronis and Descalzo, P.A. on October 4,
2021.
As part of the separation, Defendant FAWCETT MEMORIAL HOSPITAL has agreed that
Ms. Brotz and her new law firm of Bush Graziano Rice & Platter, P.A. should be substituted in
lieu of Mr. Taché, and the law firm of Taché, Bronis and Descalzo, P.A.
Ms. Brotz, the law firm of Bush Graziano Rice & Platter, P.A. and remaining counsel of
record for Defendant FAWCETT MEMORIAL HOSPITAL shall continue to represent Defendant
FAWCETT MEMORIAL HOSPITAL/’s interests in this matter.
