UNOPPOSED MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL

COME NOW Plaintiffs, DANIEL SHELATZ and ALYN SHELATZ, by and through
their undersigned counsel, hereby request that this Court enter an Order allowing Attorney Robin
M. Orosz to withdraw as legal counsel for Plaintiffs, and as grounds therefore state as follows:

1. Effective May 21, 2018, Associate Attorney, Robin M. Orosz, with the law firm of
Florin Gray Bouzas Owens, LLC, Counsel for Plaintiffs, departed said law firm.

2. Christopher D. Gray, Esquire and Wolfgang M. Florin, Esquire, Lead Counsel for
