PLAINTIFFS’ NOTICE OF SCRIVENER’S ERROR REGARDING CAPTION

COME NOW Plaintiff, DANIEL SHELATZ and ALLYN SHELATZ, his spouse, by and
through their undersigned counsel and hereby notifies this Court and the parties that a scrivener’s
error exists on the caption of Plaintiffs’ Amended Complaint.

1. On April 19, 2018, Plaintiffs’ filed an Amended Complaint.

2. The Amended Complaint inadvertently misspelled Plaintiff, Allyn Shelatz’ s name on
the Caption. The Amended Complaint spelled her first name with one “L” instead of two “L’s.”
