            Preservation LLC, will move this Court, in the Motion Submission Part, Room           130, of the

            Courthouse located at 60 Centre Street, New York, New York, on June 24, 2011, at 9:30 a.m., or

            as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, for the issuance of a subpoena duces tecum pursuant

            to CPLR 2307 (in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A) to enable plaintiffs to obtain documents

            from the New York City Department of Housing Preservation & Development (“HPD”) and to
