Dear Justice Kornreich:
We are counsel to plaintiffs in the above-referenced action. In its Decision and Order,
dated May 5, 2013, the Court ordered the parties to contact the Court within 10 days of the entry
of the Special Referee's determination concerning plaintiffs' motion to compel, "at which time
the parties will be given a new deadline to file motions for suimnary judgment." (Decision and
Order at 5.)
Please be advised that the Special Referee's Decision and Order was entered on May 30,
2013. The Court recently scheduled a conference for June 18, 2013, perhaps in response to that
Decision.
