Honorable Sir:

Ina recent telephone conference conducted with the court on July 11, 2014, I expressed
my client’s extreme dissatisfaction with the circumstances regarding the defendant’s production
of an expert report contained in an order entered on June 4, 2014. The defendants were given
until 30 days after the court's decision on the party’s Summary Judgment Motions to provide
said report. This altered a previous order which had spelled out different scheduling for same.
