IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between the parties agree that
the Defendants New York French American Charter School and Elisabeth Cros’ motion to
dismiss submitted on June 13, 2014 and made returnable on August 13, 2014 in room 130 is
hereby resolved as follows:
1. Plaintiff's withdraws her contractual related claims as set forth in her Second Amended
Complaint (claims 4, 5 and 6) without prejudice.
3. Plaintiff has served upon the Defendants a Third Amended Complaint alleging
discrimination based claims only.
4, Defendants withdraws their motion to dismiss without prejudice.
5. Defendant time to answer, move, or otherwise respond to the Plaintiff's Third
Amended Complaint within 30 days of service of said complaint.
6. Defendants’ counsel accepts service of the Third Amended Complaint upon
Defendants New York French American Charter School and Elisabeth Cros.
6. Facsimile or electronic signatures shall be deemed original for purposes of this
stipulation.
