IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between ABBOTT,
BUSHLOW & SCHECHNER, LLP., the attorneys for the plaintiff, ELLEN
BRENNAN, and HEIDELL, PITTONI, MURPHY & BACH, LLP, the attorneys for
the defendants NICHOLAS MORRISSEY, M.D., THE NEW YORK AND
PRESBYTERIAN HOSPITAL and NEW YORK-PRESBYTERIAN HEALTHCARE SYSTEM,
INC., that:
1 The Settlement/Scheduling Conference scheduled to be held
on January 13, 2016 be and the same is hereby adjourned to 06/21/16;
2 The time for the plaintiff to file a Note of Issue is
extended up to and including July 5, 2016.
3 The deposition of the plaintiff, ELLEN BRENNAN, shall be
held om ox before April 21, 2016;
3 The deposition of the defendant, MORRISSEY, shall be held
on or before June 1, 2016;

stipulation (signed by respective counsel) shall have the same force
and effect as an original; and
IT I$ FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED that either side can submit
the said Stipulation to the Court.
