                            IT IS STIPULATED AND AGREED BY AND BETWEEN THE ATTORNEYS FOR

                THE PARTIES IN THIS ACTION THAT:

                                    (1)       Plaintiffs’ deadline to submit reply papers in further support of class

                            certification and papers in opposition to Defendants’ cross-motion for summary judgment

                            is extended from March 7, 2016 until March 15, 2016;

                                    (2)       Defendants’ deadline to submit reply papers in further support of the

                            cross-motion for summary judgment is extended from March 29, 2016 until April 12,

                            2016;

                                    3)        The      return   date   on    Plaintiffs’   motion   for   class   certification         and

                            Defendants’ cross-motion for summary judgment is extended from March 30, 2016 until

                            April 13, 2016.

                            This stipulation may          be executed in counterparts and any photocopy, fax or other

                electronic transmission of the same is deemed to be an original.
