as against the other.
2 This Stipulation shall be filed the Clerk of the Court by Defendants, without
further notice.
3 This Stipulation may be executed by electronic means and/or by fax, and in
counterpart, and will be binding on all of the parties hereto notwithstanding the fact that it does
not contained inked signatures or that the signatures of ail of the parties do not appear on a single
page.
