NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been commenced and is now pending in
this court upon Complaint of the above-named Plaintiff against the above-named Defendant for
foreclosure of a certain mortgage of real estate given by Sharonda Ancrum and Michael L Ancrum
to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for PrimeLending, A PlainsCapital
Company, its successors and assigns in the amount of Two Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Seven
Hundred Seventy-Five And 00/100 ($298,775.00), dated June 27, 2022 and recorded in the Office
of the Register of Deeds for Charleston County in Book No. 1137, at Page 206 on September 14,
2022.
Thereafter, by virtue of an assignment dated March 1, 2024, recorded March 21, 2024 in
Mortgage Book 1234 at Page 502, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for
PrimeLending, a PlainsCapital Company assigned said mortgage unto Lakeview Loan Servicing,
LLC.
The premises covered and affected by the said mortgage as by the foreclosure thereof, were,
at the time of the making thereof, and at the time of the filing of this Notice, described as follows:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION AND PROPERTY ADDRESS:
ALL that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the
County of Charleston, State of South Carolina, known and designated as Lot
20, Reindeer Woods Subdivision as shown on that certain plat entitled: "Final
Plat of Reindeer Woods Subdivision of Lands of W.J. Hall Into Single Family
Residential Lots Zone RM-6 Formerly Part of Lot No. 14, Deer Park
Subdivision, North Area, Charleston County, SC," dated April 29, 1990 by R.
J. Sample & Associates and recorded in the RMC Office for Charleston
County in Plat Book BZ at Page 120. Said lot having such size, shape,

dimensions, buttings and boundings as will by reference to said plat more fully
and at large appear.
SUBJECT to any and all restrictions, covenants, conditions, easements, rights
of way and all other matters affecting subject property of record in the Office
of the RMC for Charleston County, South Carolina.
BEING the same property as conveyed to Sharonda Ancrum and Michael L.
Ancrum, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship and not as tenants in
common, by Deed from Predictive Properties, LLC, dated June 21, 2022 and
recorded September 14, 2022 in Book 1137 at Page 205, in the Office of the
Register of Deeds for Charleston County, South Carolina.
