RE: Notice of Termination- Many Rivers East
Ms. Johanson:
Section 14.3 of the Management Agreement entered into on September 13, 2019 between Many
Rivers Apartments Limited Partnership and Perennial Management LLC, provides that the Owner or
Management Agent may terminate this Agreement with or without cause by providing 30 days'
written notice to the other party. No termination of this Agreement will be effective without the prior
written approval of Lender.
In the interest of allowing for a smooth transition to the new Management Agent, Tapestry Management
LLC please be advised that this agreement will be terminated effective June 30, 2024 with the prior
written approval of the Lender, MHFA whose approval has been requested.
