at 111 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., White Plains, NewYork 10601 on September 18, 2024 at
9:30 A.M. of that day, or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard for an Order pursuant to CPLR
§§ 3213 and 5303 for summaryjudgment in lieu of complaint recognizing the judgment which
Plaintiff obtained in the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County,
