COMES NOW the Plaintiff, XIAO SHENG YUE, by and through his undersigned counsel,
pursuant to the provisions of Rule 1.350, Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, requests the Defendant,
CYNTHIA M. FOERSTER, produce and permit the inspection, copying, or otherwise examining of
the documents set forth below. Defendant shall produce these documents within thirty (30) days
after service of this Request for Production.
1. Please provide all photographs of the Defendants vehicle that were taken at the scene of
the motor vehicle crash.
2. Pleas provide all photographs of the Defendant’s vehicle that were taken after the motor
vehicle crash; photographs taken of the Defendant’s vehicle at any time after motor
vehicle crash.

3. Provide all documents reflecting any and all repairs performed to the Defendant’s vehicle
after the motor vehicle crash giving rise to this matter.
4. Provide all documents reflecting all line items of repair and costs to the Defendant’s
vehicle after the motor vehicle crash giving rise to this matter.
