Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 15-11-40, 1976 South Carolina Code of Laws,
as amended, of the cancellation of the Lis Pendens heretofore filed in the above captioned matter
pertaining to the property herein below described, said Lis Pendens being filed in the Clerk of
Court's Office for Charleston County on April 4, 2023.
All that certain piece, parcel, lot or tract of land with the buildings and improvements
thereon, situate, lying and being in the County of CHARLESTON, State of South
Carolina, and being known and designated as LOT 8, WANDO WOODS SUBDIVISION,
as shown on a plat entitled "PLAT OF RESUBDIVISION OF LOTS 18-A, 18-B, AND
19, WANDO WOODS SUBDIVISION", duly recorded in the CHARLESTON County
RMC Office in Plat Book "K" page "141". Said parcel having such size, shape, metes,
bounds, location and dimensions as shown on the aforesaid plat to which reference is
made.
SUBJECT to any and all restrictions, covenants and easements of record.
Being the same property conveyed to Sam Edmund Beach by deed of George E. Beach,
conveying a 1% interest, dated December 30, 1999 and recorded December 30, 1999 in
Deed Book B340 at Page 802; thereafter, George E. Beach conveyed all his interest in the
subject property to Sam Edmund Beach, by deed dated August 21, 2002 and recorded
September 3, 2002 in Deed Book Y416 at Page 494.
