and 5004 from notice of the claim on May 2, 2022, a SUNY late payment fee
and/or returned check fee in the amount of $50.00, plus the costs and
disbursements of this action.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHERNOTICE that, in case of your failure to appear,
judgment will be entered against you by default for the relief demanded in
the notice set forth above, together with interest, costs, disbursements
and fees authorized by law.
Plaintiff designates Genesee County as the place of trial. The basis of
the venue is that the defendant resides at Apt 1, 4 Macarthur Dr, Batavia,
NY 14020-1543.
