2. Zako shall subpoena plaintiff’s former employer, KGK, concerning the work permits
within twenty days, and shall furnish the documents responsive to said subpoena within
ten days of receipt;
3. A site inspection shall take place on January 14, 2021;
4. The court will address depositions at the following conference;
5. A conference shall take place on February 17, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.; and
6. The note of issue shall be filed by June 30, 2021.
