NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT an action has been or will be commenced in this Court upon complaint of the above-named Plaintiff against the above-named Defendant(s) for the foreclosure of that certain Mortgage (hereinafter, the “Mortgage”) of real estate given by Defendant(s) Helen H. Mockabee to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. ("MERS"), as mortgagee, as nominee for Nationstar Mortgage LLC D/B/A Mr. Cooper, dated December 5, 2018, and was recorded in the Charleston County Register of Deeds Office December 21, 2018, Book 0767, Page 987. By an Assignment of Mortgage dated July 25, 2022, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Mortgagee, as Nominee for Nationstar Mortgage LLC D/B/A Mr. Cooper assigned the Mortgage to Nationstar Mortgage LLC. Said assignment was recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Charleston County on August 5, 2022, in Book 1129, Page 381. Plaintiff is the holder of the Note and Mortgage. At the time of the filing of this notice, the premises affected by the said action was situated in the County of Charleston, State of South Carolina, and are described as follows: The land hereinafter referred to is situated in the City of Johns Island, County of Charleston, State of SC, and is described as follows: Butting and Bounding to the South on the remaining portion of a ten (10) acre tract heretofore purchased by grantor herein from Rene Ravenel, said deed being recorded in the R.M.C. Office for Charleston County in Book F-42, page 1, now owned by Julian Limehouse; to the East by lands of Helen E. Mockabee and Lewis M. Hamilton, formerly Wright; to the North on the Johns Island River Road; and to the West by lands of Wilhelmina Lee. It is distinctly understood and agreed that the Southern boundary is a canal running through the swamp area, said swamp area being shown on a plat by W.L. Gaillard, Surveyor, dated November, 1940. Being the same property conveyed from Ernest A. Hamilton, III and Helen H. Mockabee as personal representative of the Estate of Ernest A.
