Upon the Summons dated July 31, 2023 and the affidavit of Lakhwinder Kaur, sworn to on August 1,
2023, the Plaintiff will move this Court at the Supreme Court Courthouse for the County of Nassau located
at 100 Supreme Ct Dr, Mineola, NY 11501 on October 31, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. in the forenoon or as soon as
counsel may be heard for an order directing the entry of judgment for the Plaintiff and against the
Defendants in the amount of One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($ 150,000.00) along with interest
of 20% from November 8, 2016, all actual costs and expenses of collection plus reasonable attorney's fees
and for such other and further relief as this Court deems just and proper, plus the costs of this motion upon
the ground on non-payment and default.
