1There has been filed herein, on behalf of the plaintiff, an Affidavit in conformity
with Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 25-517.02.
2 As shown by such Affidavit, the plaintiff and its attorneys, after diligent
investigation and inquiry are unable to ascertain and do not know the whereabouts, if in this
State, or the residence of the defendants, the Estate of Randy Forman, the Heirs, Legatees,
Devisees, Personal Representatives, and All Other Persons Interested in the Estate of Randy
Forman, Deceased, real names unknown, John Doe and Jane Doe, real names and marital status
unknown.
3 Service upon such defendants cannot be made with reasonable diligence by any
method provided by statute other than by publication.
WHEREFORE, the plaintiff prays for an Order directing that service be had upon such
defendants the Estate of Randy Forman, the Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Personal Representatives,
and All Other Persons Interested in the Estate of Randy Forman, Deceased, real names unknown,
John Doe and Jane Doe, real names and marital status unknown, by publication in the manner and
form provided by the statutes of the State of Nebraska.
