Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 23-1205, it is respectfully
requested the Court issue an order appointing another lawyer as
acting county attorney for the purpose of investigating, appearing, or
participating at trial regarding the following:
The inheritance tax matters in the Ardith Jacobs Estate,
Valley County Court Case No. PR 23-6.
Good cause for the appointment of a special prosecutor exists
because appointment of a special prosecutor would be beneficial and
would prevent the appearance of any impropriety or appearance of
preferential treatment in this matter. As such, it is requested the
Court issue an order appointing a special prosecutor to handle the
inheritance tax issues in PR 23-6.
