Christina Randolph-Bey sworn to December 14, 2023 and the exhibits annexed thereto, and upon the
accompanying Affirmation in Support of Andrew Kamensky, dated February 28, 2024, plaintiff
Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, Not In Its Individual Capacity But Solely As Certificate Trustee
Of Bosco Credit VI Trust Series 2012-1, will move this Court upon submission of papers, before the
assigned Judge to this proceeding at Westchester County Supreme Court located at 111 Dr. Martin Luther
King Jr. Blvd, White Plains, NY 10601 on March 25, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. on that day or as soon thereafter as
the parties may be heard, for an Order, pursuant to CPLR § 3213, directing entry of Judgment in favor of
Plaintiff and against the Defendants Zvi Schiff and Zvi Schiff Enterprises, Ltd., for the sum of $297,710.02
plus interest, late charges and advances made by the Plaintiff on behalf of Defendants and any other charges
due and owing pursuant to NY CPLR § 5014 and for such other and further relief as this Court may deem
just, proper and equitable.
