The pa(ies' respective motions for a preliminary injunction as against the other are granted
to the extent that both members of Citys are enjoined from making any unilateral withdrawals,
transfers, payments, and/or distributions from City5's operating account outside of the ordinary
course ofbusiness unless mutually agreed to by both members. Both members are also enjoined
from terminating any current City5 employee or vendor or hiring any new employee or vendor,
unless authorized in writing by both members or by order ofthe court. In addition, to the extent
that plaintiff Isaac Katz chooses to retain the legal services of Ahmuty, Demers & McManus and
Ladas & Parry, plaintiff is barred from paying said counsel from corporate funds. The motions
are otherwise denied.
