       Jordan,

       I hope this email finds you well. I appreciate the consideration to include me in this meeting, however after careful review
       of the provided information, the notice is insufficient in that it has not been sent to all directors, specifically Jennifer
       Milosavljevic, who remains a director until her successor is chosen.

       I also note that the meeting is called for in what appears to be a Starbucks coffee shop, unfit for confidential board
       deliberations. Any meetings should take place in the corporate offices.
