                      Dear Colleagues:
                      I am pleased to announce the non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that I founded
                      several years ago, “RENTABILITY,” has just been approved by HPD, as an
                      Administrative Agent for the “Voluntary and Mandatory Inclusionary Housing
                      Program, Cure, and Privately Financed Affordable Senior Housing (PFASH).”

                      RENTABILITY will offer “Inclusionary Housing” (IH) services to help developers
                      maximize the benefits of providing affordable housing, and increase their return on
                      investment under NYC’s rezoning requirements.

                      We are excited about the many new ways we can work with NYC developers, and
                      how this new collaboration with RENTABILITY will help us accelerate and expand
                      upon a vision to which City5 has been committed to since our very beginning. Our
                      mission is still very much the same: To provide innovative solutions that enable our
                      clients to focus on maximizing returns and strengthen our communities.

                      Many of our clients are anxious and concerned about what the future holds in store,
                      but we are trying to make a difference and help create opportunities for a better
                      tomorrow. We look forward to planning, executing, and responsibly increasing new
                      affordable housing developments in our communities together with you, and know
                      that together we can achieve more. This is why we’re thrilled about today’s news;
                      it’s what this will enable us to do over the long-run for City5 clients that excites us
                      most.
