Hi Melinda,
I hope you, the HPD IH Team, and all of your families are doing well during this most difficult time.
It’s challenging for me to give specific dates as our corporate records are at the office, and we have been
working remote based on the Governors orders. We changed the board members on or around the time
that HPD released the new RFQ process since we knew we would be resubmitting. We wanted to find
more suitable board members for the mission as Anna has extensive affordable housing compliance
experience and Jennifer is a tenant attorney.

I've just received a supplemental request from Integrity Review.
Can you confirm when the board member changes happened? The Certificate of Incorporation
has the previous board member names on it, so they're just looking for back up / information of
when those members resigned and when the new members, Anna and Jennifer, came on
board.
