We are proceeding with filing for A-1 (490 Kent) ahead of A-3 for inclusionary housing. We
need to get all deliverables together ASAP. We have an engagement for Kent; however, that
agreement is with your for-profit entity and we need an agreement with your NFP entity
(Rentability) for our inclusionary housing application.
To that end, please provide an agreement that is in line with the substance of what has been
