1. That I did call to 586 River Forest, Leixlip, Co. Kildare on August 2023 at
8:30pm with a view to effecting personal service of (1) Notice of Electronic Filing
and (2) Summons, (3) Help for Homeowners in Foreclosure, (4) Verified Complaint,
with Attachments and (5) Certificate of Merit in Residential Foreclosure on Siobhan
Soares Gannon.
2. Upon calling to the address, I received no response from the property. I noted a car
parked in the driveway and all blinds in the house were open.
3. That I did make enquiries with neighbours who confirmed that the subjects are
residing at the address but were away in at their holiday home, in Ireland.

4. That I returned to the address on August 2023 at 5:00pm and again was no
answer from the property, and I noted a different car parked at the address.

5. That I then called back to the property on September 2023 at 7:45pm and upon
arriving, I met with a female occupant who identified herself to me as Siobhan Soares
Gannon and accepted service of the abovementioned documents.
6. I make this Affidavit from facts within my own knowledge save where otherwise
appears and where so appearing I believe those facts to be true and correct.
