MICHAEL SIMON, by and through the undersigned counsel, and moves to compel answers to Fabre
Interrogatories dated November 1, 2000 to Nasir Khalidi, MD, and as grounds therefore states:
1 The Defendant has stated in its Affirmative Defenses that other named parties were
at fault.
