COMES NOW the Plaintiff SALLY SIMON, as Personal Representative of the Estate of
MICHAEL SIMON, by and through the undersigned counsel, and moves for protective order against
the third taking of James White, M.D.’s deposition, and as grounds therefore with states:
1 Dr. White has been deposed in this matter on two occasions, June 6, 2000 and
January 10, 2001
2 Taking his deposition for a third time is unnecessary, and unduly burdensome and
