AGREED CASE MANAGEMENT ORDER This cause came before the Court upon the agreement of the parties for the entry of a Case Management Order. Consequently, the Court orders and adjudges: 1 This case is been set for trial on the Court's November 30, 2020 trial docket. The Court will issue a separate Uniform Order Setting Trial and Pretrial. Based on the parties’ agreement, the Court sets the following deadlines: a. By December 15, 2019, each party will disclose the fact witnesses it reasonably believes will be called to testify at trial. The depositions of the fact witnesses disclosed pursuant to paragraph (a) above shall be completed by March 1, 2020. By February 15, 2020, Plaintiffs shall disclose their trial experts. For each expert so disclosed, Plaintiffs shall provide at the time of disclosure three dates that the expert is available for deposition. By March 1, 2020, Defendants shall disclose their trial experts. For each expert disclosed, Defendants shall provide at the time of disclosure three dates that the expert is available for deposition. The parties shall complete the depositions of the disclosed experts by September 1, 2020.
