Said Mortgage was assigned by an Assignment of Mortgage executed on July 21, 2020 and
recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Montgomery on July 21, 2020 in Instmment

A Corrective Assigmnent of Mortgage was executed on August 11, 2022 to correct the said
Assignment recorded in the Office of the Clerk ofthe County of Montgomery on Augast 23, 2022

Said Mortgage was modified by a Loan Modification Agreement dated September 23, 2012
executed by Audrey KarI (now deceased) and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
