COURT-APPOINTED COUNSEL
WHEREAS, a request has been made to the Court for Court-appointed counsel in the
above matter to represent Jayson Schiebout.
WHERAS, based upon the Affidavit of Indigency submitted by Jayson Schiebout dated July 27, 2021, is
found to be indigent and does qualify for a Court-appointed attorney.
NOW, IT IS ORDERED THAT: Jayson Schiebout request for a Court appointed attorney is
GRANTED and Maggie Kluver is hereby appointed as attorney to represent the above-named
parent in this proceeding.
Counsel, in undertaking this appointment, agree that they will provide periodic statements to the
Court and submit, with their billing, detailed billing statements. Counsel shall maintain a sufficient billing
detail that can identify for the Court, upon request at the attorney’s cost, more detailed information about
the particular services provided associated with any billing entries.
