THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the parties’ Joint Motion for
Bifurcation of Trial and the Court having heard arguments of counsel and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1 The Joint Motion for Bifurcation of Trial is GRANTED;
2. Pursuant to the parties’ stipulation and agreement of counsel, and in accordance
with Rule 1.270(b), Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, the Court agrees to bifurcate the issues
involved with this cause and allow the parties to only try the issues of liability and any
applicable apportionment thereof.
3 The pretrial conference scheduled for October 28, 2019, is cancelled, and this
matter will be Specially Set as the Number (1) trial starting on Tuesday, November 5, 2019
