of Rentability, Inc., you also have been removed as Secretary and an officer of
Rentability and no longer hold office with Rentability, Inc. effective immediately.
You are required to return any and all property of Rentability, Inc., including any and all
originals and copies of Rentability Inc.’s books and records, including all
communications, contracts, agreements, documents, minutebooks and financial records
to me within the next five (5) business days. Finally, you are hereby instructed to refrain
from holding yourself out as an employee, officer, director, agent or other representative
of Rentability, Inc. as you have no authority to act on behalf of, represent, speak for, or
bind, Rentability, Inc. in any capacity whatsoever.
