Center For Adolescent Residential Care, Inc ("Petitioner") by its attorneys Nixon Peabody LLP,
verified on August 28, 2023 by Robert Hanning, and the exhibits annexed thereto, and the
affirmation of Richard J. Shore, Esq., dated August 28, 2023, and the exhibit annexed thereto,
and upon all the pleading and proceeding previously had herein,

           IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

           That the Attorney General of the State of New York ("NYAG") show cause before this

Court, in and for the County of New York, at the Courthouse located at __________, New York,

New York, on the ___ day of ________, 2023 at _______ a.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel

can be heard, why an Order should not be granted: (i) authorizing the sale of a certain asset of the

Petitioner, as described in said Petition, and (ii) granting Petitioner such other and further relief
